Primer plus two finishing coats, colour matched across every unit in the block, with batch numbers logged per unit. Our own range or a specified brand.
Cabinetry and laminates
Built to shop drawings, with laminates, countertops and hardware chosen from the showroom finishes wall and specified on the quotation.
Tiles, flooring and fittings
Floor and wall tiles, laminate or vinyl flooring, doors, skirting and hardware, supplied and installed to the finishes schedule.
One specification, one party responsible
All materials come through Smart Tenn Living with one specification, one record per unit and one party responsible if something fails.
