Can I watch the work while it is going on?
Yes. The site camera is open to you from your phone for the length of the job, with a photo report at every hold point.
What happens if something goes wrong after handover?
You report it to us. Each defect is logged, fixed and photographed. After-sales terms are set out with your quotation.
Can I visit a finished unit or the showroom?
Yes. The showroom has a living room and kitchen display and a 360° walkthrough of finished units. Visits to completed projects are arranged through the developer.
